Who we are

The IBS Schools team is the leading provider for the whole range of educational IT support, both for school administration and for curriculum delivery to schools in and around Worcestershire.

We have over 30 years' experience in delivering IT support to schools and have developed, adapted and improved all the services that we provide throughout that time to meet your IT support requirements.

We have a friendly staff team of 35 and focus on providing excellent customer support for schools.

We are part of the larger Capita Government Services Division, which ensures that we have robust processes and procedures in place. It also means that all staff are fully trained and adhere to strict data security, safeguarding and compliance standards.

A local service desk, which is the first point of contact for you for requests for any of our services and support.
Pro-active technical support through our team of Peritechs (Peripatetic IT Technicians).

SIMS support, training and consultancy.

This expertise spans the breadth of our products and includes all SIMS modules and SIMS products, broadband provision, wired and WIFI networks, server and classroom systems and replacing or installing interactive panels.
